1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the sale and use of the KidLink Pro service, offered by JADEV GROUP (SRL), with registered office at Rue du Laekenved 7, 1080 Bruxelles, Belgium, to early childhood professionals.

2. Service

KidLink Pro is a web application (and soon mobile) that enables:

• Real-time communication between nurseries and parents
• Secure sharing of photos and videos
• Tracking of children's daily activities
• Automatic sending of daily summaries to parents

3. Pricing

3.1 Essential Plan

• Price: 5€ per child per month
• Unlimited number of children
• Included features:

• Activity logging
• Photo sharing
• Parent news feed
• Parent responses
• Check-in/check-out
• Daily summary email
• Offline mode

3.2 Premium Plan

• Price: 10€ per child per month
• Unlimited number of children
• All Essential Plan features, plus:

• AI writing assistant
• Video sharing
• Statistics dashboard
• Priority support
• Dedicated account manager

3.3 Payment Methods

Payment is made by:

• Credit card (secure payment)
• Bank transfer (on invoice): ING Bank, IBAN: BE09 3632 6171 7457, BIC: BBRUBEBB

4. Free Trial

We offer a 1-month free trial to test KidLink Pro with all features, with no commitment. No credit card is required to start the trial. The trial can be cancelled at any time, free of charge. At the end of the trial period, no automatic charge is made.

5. Termination

Termination is free of charge at any time. Termination takes effect at the end of the current month.

6. Service Availability

We strive to ensure continuous service availability. However, interruptions may occur for technical maintenance. We commit to minimising these interruptions and informing you in advance whenever possible.

7. Data Ownership

You remain the owner of all your data. Data entered into KidLink Pro (nursery information, children, parents, photos) belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.

8. Liability

JADEV GROUP (SRL) is committed to providing the KidLink Pro service with professionalism. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

9. Amendments to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this page. Active clients will be informed by email of any substantial changes.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
