These Terms of Service govern the sale and use of the KidLink Pro service, offered by JADEV GROUP (SRL), with registered office at Rue du Laekenveld 7, 1080 Bruxelles, Belgium, to early childhood professionals.
The web app works on desktop, tablet and phone, without a download. Native Android and iOS apps are not included in the launch offer.
Équipe is free, with unlimited children. Familles: €5 per child/month, minimum €79/month, excluding tax.
Journal, attendance, CAF/PMI register, menus and public website: free, with unlimited children. Messaging, photos and daily summaries for families.
Try Familles for 30 days without a card, starting when the first family signs in. Équipe stays free afterwards.
After the trial or subscription ends, Équipe stays free. Family communication and access require Familles.
We strive to ensure continuous service availability. However, interruptions may occur for technical maintenance. We commit to minimising these interruptions and informing you in advance whenever possible.
You remain the owner of all your data. Data entered into KidLink Pro (nursery information, children, parents, photos) belongs to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
JADEV GROUP (SRL) is committed to providing the KidLink Pro service with professionalism. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on this page. Active clients will be informed by email of any substantial changes.
These Terms of Service are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
