KidLink Pro is compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
We take data protection very seriously, especially when it concerns children.
1. Your GDPR Rights
You benefit from the following rights:
- Right of access: Obtain confirmation that your data is being processed and receive a copy
- Right to rectification: Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Request the deletion of your data
- Right to data portability: Retrieve your data in a structured and readable format
- Right to object: Object to the processing of your data
- Right to restriction: Request the restriction of processing
- Right to withdraw consent: At any time, without affecting prior processing

3. Protection of Children's Data
KidLink Pro processes data concerning minors. We apply enhanced measures:
- Parental consent: Required for any shared photo/video
- Consent management: Integrated system, modifiable at any time
- Restricted access: Each parent sees only THEIR child
- Secure storage: Enhanced encryption of children's data
- Easy deletion: Export and delete in 1 click
4. Security Measures
We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all communications
- AES-256 encryption of data at rest
- Strong and secure authentication (passwordless)
- Strict data isolation per nursery (Row-Level Security)
- Automatic daily backups
- Complete audit logs of all access
- Regular security testing
5. Sub-processors
We use GDPR-compliant sub-processors:
- Microsoft Azure: Hosting (signed DPA, ISO 27001 certified)
- Google Analytics: Traffic analysis (anonymised data)
- Microsoft Clarity: UX analysis (anonymised data)
- Calendly: Appointment scheduling
All our sub-processors are located in the EU or have appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
6. Data Breach
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms,
we commit to:
- Notifying the supervisory authority within 72 hours
- Informing you directly if the risk is high
- Taking all measures to limit the impact
