• Right to restriction: Request the restriction of processing
• Right to withdraw consent: At any time, without affecting prior processing

3. Protection of Children's Data

Photo-sharing permissions can be viewed and changed. Access depends on the role and children linked to the account. For access, export or deletion requests, contact support@kidlinkpro.com.

4. Security Measures

Production service connections use HTTPS. The application checks access by role and nursery. Our privacy policy describes processing and providers.

• Microsoft Azure / Microsoft Entra
• Stripe
• Twilio SendGrid
• Firebase Cloud Messaging

Primary hosting uses Microsoft Azure in Europe. Our privacy policy explains providers, processing and your rights. AI writing assistance is disabled by default and is not part of the launch promises.

6. Data Breach

In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we commit to:

• Notifying the supervisory authority within 72 hours
• Informing you directly if the risk is high
• Taking all measures to limit the impact
